An important natural cure for insomnia is to develop good sleep habits. Sometimes called sleep hygiene changing your lifestyle according to the following tips should have a beneficial effect and help you to sleep much better.
- Do not take naps during the day.
- Go to bed at the same time every night and get up at the same time in the morning.
- Regularly exercise during the day but not just before bedtime.
- Only eat a light snack before bedtime do not have a heavy meal.
